The Tumbling
This piece was formed in an NU Poetry Club meeting, as a moment of inspiration struck. I hope the reader will take whatever is within them and use The Tumbling as an instrument to weave their own thoughts into a cloth unique to each. May God bless you. -James
by James Van Bergeyk
Colliding in a sea of grey
And tumbling in the broadest range,
I find my thoughts collect, and stay
A string of words no longer strange;
My racing mind weaves threads now strung.
In writing I press down the fray
Frenzied displays belie a word
Words pour out and begin to play
On the page, words stronger than sword
Cacophony rests, song now sung.
